Short one today - so much to do, it's the weekend everyone pays tribute to those who have given all for them ... hell, who are we kidding - it's just another weekend with an extension so people can have an extra day to shop and spend money on stuff they don't need and to get drunk at backyard cookouts.
Here, though the flag will be at half-staff as we remember those who have served and given everything.
Don't be one of the majority and use this time of remembrance to party. Use it to remember and respect those that served - be one of the few who remember.
Also, while those that served and are still with us appreciate the acknowledgement(s) and all, this weekend is about those who are no longer here with us - our time is in November, please respect that when thanking us for our service.
