Yes, really: with a few basic exercises, you can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and give your sex life an all-around boost. "The word 'pelvic floor' gets thrown around a lot in fitness classes, but most people don't really know what it means," explains 
Katie Dunlop, certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and creator of Love Sweat Fitness. "If your pelvic floor muscles are weak, it can lead to less controlled bladder and bowel movements, as well as decreased sexual function," she says. The good news: You can work on firing those muscles outside the bedroom for a greater time indoors later. These exercises will do double duty: You get a workout and have better sex. Plan to do each one ten times, three times a week, unless otherwise instructed.
