Iranian Security Forces Shooting Women's Faces, Genitalia

Medics say Iranian security forces are targeting protesting women with shotgun fire to their faces, breasts and genitals. Doctors and nurses said that women often arrived with different wounds to men, who more commonly had shotgun pellets in their legs, buttocks and backs.
